We seek to fulfill the command of Jesus Christ to "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:18-20). We do this by promoting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, actively participating in the Sacraments and participating in ongoing participation in our Catholic faith formation. Our formation programs focus on different age groups:
- Children Grades 1-5: Includes First Communion and Post-Communion Faith Formation. May also include Baptism.
- Bridge Junior High: Faith formation and Service which may include Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation.
- High School: Faith formation and Service which includes Confirmation. May also include Baptism and First Communion.
- Adult: Includes Baptism, First Communion and/or Confirmation.
